I do not know Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine New Jersey
Convergent Outsourcing, Inc. has contacted me regarding a debt from 2004 and stated that I may just have been unaware of it. I have had no notices of collection or any indication of it on my credit report and they can not give me any more information on it other than I should file a police report since I think it is fraud. Since the statute of limitations for debt collecting in the jurisdiction of New Jersey is 3 years I consider this fraud and with no documentation from them I do not believe that I should have to pay this.
