Continental Finance Company, LLC Credit card department,
I lost my - credit card issued by continental finance. The rep assured me that if I made a - payment in - I would receive receive my credit card. I made payment and then I waited 4 weeks and did not receive it .I CALLED BACK -/-/2016 and was told AGAIN that I had to make another payment on -/-/2016 I did and now I AM BEING TOLD THAT I MUST PAY - IN ORDER TO RECEIVE MY CARD. Continental Finance has also ignored my request for all information billing information pertaining to my credit card account ending in -. I want my credit card and my billing information as I have requested under the Fair Credit Billing Act. Thank You for your assistance in this matter.
