For the second time in less then a year, Bank of America has cashed my personal check payment for my RV loan for $420.00, but only credited my account with $360.00. My monthly payment is $360.00, but I always pay extra, clearly marking it on their payment voucher. This time I paid $60.00 extra on my loan. I have the cashed check photo copies from my credit union. I also feel this is due to huge internal problems at this bank and is systemic. There could be - other people having the same thing done to them who are not catching this. Additionally, it is not possible to email Bank of America ; only private messaging through their website where there is no written trail of correspondence. When trying to phone them, you wait on hold for up to - minutes and are hung up on.
