Citibank Credit card department,
I submitted a complaint yesterday about this problem. Complaint No. -. This morning, a Sunday, at - I received another threatening call from Macy 's to pay my bill ( which was never received ) or else ; I explained the situation again and was told they mailed a bill to me on -, - ; how could I possibly receive it in - day since there is no mail received on Sunday. I have been getting these calls on a daily basis at all hours of the day and night, but it seems to me that since I told them originally last week that I never got a bill, they should have mailed me a bill at that time instead of harassing me with daily phone calls when their records show the bill was just mailed two days ago and no mail is received on a Sunday.
