On - 2015 I received a package in the mail from Ally Financial letting me know that I was identified as an eligible customer for a discrimination settlement. I returned the package as indicated.- I never got my payment. I called back in -, and they said the payment was mailed to my old address, they updated my information. However I never got the check, I called again in -, and they said that they are reiissuing the check again, but never got it, I have emailed and called them and they never follow up, they forward me to voice mails and they never return my calls. I called today again, and they have not returned my calls yet nor have I received my compensation. Very rude, and poor customer service, very dismissal. I did n't ask for this situation I think they should be able to help me and find a solution to this situation.
