JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I have been using my Chase credit card as my primary credit card for over 5 years, spending easily over $1000.00 per month almost every month. During this time, I 've paid back my balance in full every time without any problems. Earlier this year, I purchased some foreign currency while traveling, and used this credit card to pay for that purchase. When the month 's statement arrived, I was surprised to see multiple cash advance fees on my card. I called Chase regarding these charges and they were not helpful at all. I reluctantly paid these fees and moved on. Every month after that, I 've been hit with cash advance interest fees despite me paying my statement in full weeks before the statement due date. Each time that I called Chase, they could n't do anything about the current month 's fees, and they did not warn me about the fees that will show up next month. As a matter of fact, in my most recent call, their representative told me they could n't do anything to help but they can close my account. Despite being a loyal customer for over 5 years, and using their products heavily, this was the last straw for me. I 've closed my account and will never be doing any business with Chase again.
