Transaction issue Massachusetts
I have been charged by a transaction for a lodging service I never received. In terms to solve this issue, I opened a dispute with my Credit card provider, JP Morgan Chase, and followed their instructions. After I provided everything concerning this case, including mailing by post office to Chase the docs that prove I never could make this hotel reservation, Chase has decided to position itself in favor the merchant instead to defend my interests as their client. So Chase has communicated me that they have decided to charge me with this transaction anyway.
