JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I used checks sent to me in the mail from Chase to conduct a balance transfer from my - - card to my Chase card. Chase almost immediately billed me for the amount and - - says they never received anything from Chase. I have called numerous times and spoke to numerous people on both sides and was told last Friday by Chase that they would " expedite '' it. I still owe $5700.00 to both cards. Chase will not verify that they sent it to the correct account. Of course Chase has charged me a fee too.
