I was informed my bonus check from work would be late. I immediately called American Express and asked what my options were as I wanted to do my due diligence having been a client of there 's for 11.5 years with excellent credit history. They informed me to make certain payments by certain days and they scheduled these withdrawals from my bank account. The account was paid in full and satisfied with their procedure. They turned me over to the credit bureau for being 30 days late after I did what we agreed upon to stay in good standing. This is not fair, they lied and I would like the 30 day late fee removed immediately as it is harming my credit score and I 'm trying to get a mortgage. I have the conversation on their recorded line and all statements documenting all payments made in a timely order as we agreed.
