Bank of America Credit card department,
- Credit Bureau - Bank of America - Paperless client - Paid off the account in full, waited two weeks and looked again and still paid in full. Bank of America failed to notify me that I owed any pending accrued interest. They waited until my account was past due before they sent a letter. I paid off in full as soon as they told me. All accounts that have principal paid in full should notify the client with letter of any accrued interest coming due instead of waiting until delinquent to issue a letter of past due account. Why should anyone accept a paperless billing ( saving paper etc ) when the bank uses it against the applicant at closing of the account.
