I returned - items to Kay jewlers in the - -, CA mall on -/-/16. Sales person assured me that the money was instantly refunded. Card is still stating a balance of $2700.00. The balance owed should be $0.00 since I no longer have the purchased items. $0.00 in merchandise = $0.00 owed. Please correct the $2.00, - balance on my account to $0.00 immediately, as I should no longer have a balance as all merchandise was returned. I called four different times and all four times the people on the phone assured me that they will send a ticket to the - or it department and they will set the balance to $0.00 since I returned all purchased merchandise.
