Ally Bank allowed someone to open an account in my name ( fraudulently ) without using my correct address. I would assume any reputable bank would have better protection measures in place to verify someone 's identity. Ally ( after recognizing their mistake and after I notified them the issue ) continues to send correspondence to the wrong address.
