Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Texas

USAA classifies debits as " - '' so that they can break the law and charge their members NSF fees. This has happened to me on three separate occasions. Also, USAA allowed me to make a transfer from a balance that USAA had mistakenly informed me I had, then, charged me an NSF fee for this transfer. I have asked USAA several time to deauthorize an automatic debit, they maintain that they will not do that without me paying a fee which I obviously do not have so they keep allowing the automatic debit and they charge me $25.00 a pop everytime they do so. USAA has accumulated nearly $500.00 of fees from my account by refusing to deauthorize the recurring debit.
