To whom it may concern My name is - -. I was card holder of - from American express. My ending account number was -. On closing date statement of -/-/2016 I paid my full statement with the amount of $810.00 on -/-/2016 with conformation number - and then contact with customer service and close the account and ask them to make sure this account have been paid in full and closed. couple month ago before the closing statement to what ever reason I did not receive the statement and when I saw in period of time which I expecting the statement from American express card statement, I did not receive it, I called to customer service and explain for them I did not receive the statement and when they check my mailing address, there was issue with their system. I never have late payment with them and paid in full till closing the account and customer service representative adjust and refund the late fee and refunded to my account. Unfortunately after closing the account they sent me another bill with amount of $10.00 for interest without any explanation what is this interest for. I called them again and they


pay this $10.00 to them and after while they sent me the check with amount of $1.00 for my extra point!! After while they sent me another letter which they mention the account balance is -.Recently when I check my credit report I saw they report this amount of $10.00 to my credit history and mess with my credit score and this is NOT first time I got damage from this company. I talk to my attorney and explain the case to him, he encourage me to first open the case here to find solution for it and then if It is not work out step to next action. Thank you
