JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I am beyond frustrated at the way Chase has handled my dispute complaints. I have been victimized by an online business scam and previously requested assistance disputing the charges paid to these fraudulent companies. I just received a letter that my case was closed because they " did n't receive any documents that indicated I wanted to dispute '' ... I was previously unable to open the dispute because I was told it was outside of the 60-day time frame. They never requested any documents from me I filed a complaint here because I hoped someone would look into this further. I have other credit cards and they are looking into charges just as old or older. The charges I am disputing for not being rendered to me as described are - - - in the amount of $280.00 and - in the amount of $630.00
