I then had to travel out - 2 days later and left my wallet at home. Later on I found out that my ex-husband which was still in the house and had been asked and given some time to move out friendly since our divorce was consensual from both parts. He stole my debit card from my wallet and made deposits and withdraws without my permission or knowledge. Since I was out - and sick - I was not looking at my bank account often. At this occasion the fraud Claim department issued me a new debit card to prevent additional fraud and so my pin number was changed. I am a chase customer since -/-/-, being the account solely mine. I think the bank institution not properly handling my case.
