Checking account Deposits and withdrawals New Jersey
I opened my Citigold checking account and there was some block on my account. I received the e-mail from Relationship manager on -/-/2016 that account is active and I will receive new debit card. Second debit card was blocked too, I was never able to register my account online nor I can withdraw money from ATM machine. I went to branch office on -/-/-, they issued my new temporary debit card and promised that on -/-/-, I will have access to my funds. It 's been 3+ months and I do n't have access to my funds I ca n't close it, I ca n't query the balance. Citibank has taken my money and then put the block on it.
