Chase strikes again. My wife and I were at - and tried to reload our - cards with $25.00 through our - apps, her using the main account we have and me using our joint account. We 've been doing this for a year and a half now on these same accounts and same cards - nothing has changed. Well, the app kept giving us an error that the system was not available, so we each tried to load funds 3 times because it sounded like a connection error. We could n't get it to work and finally paid with cash. Right after we leave I check on my Chase app and we each have - PENDING TRANSACTIONS FOR - DOLLARS EACH, BUT THERE ARE NO FUNDS AVAILABLE TO EITHER OF US ON OUR - CARD. We immediatley called Chase customer service. They feed us the bs line that it 's for our protection and convenience. How is it convenient for us to not be able to use OUR MONEY and have them DEDUCT MONEY FROM - OF OUR ACCOUNTS WITHOUT US GETTING THE GOOD OR SERVICES AND HAVING TO SPEND HOURS WITH THEM ON THE PHONE WAITING FOR OUR $150.00 IN CASH TO BE RETURNED TO US? We have had it with Chase. We 've opened another account and will empty these accounts and then never use them again. They are despicable and -.
