I went into Kay Jewelers at -, - -, - - - -, -, NY - to view engagement rings. The sales person offered to run a credit check to see if I could qualify for financing and I agreed. I purchased a few gifts from Key Jewelers on my own credit card. A few days later, I received a Kay Jewelers credit card in the mail. I never agreed to starting a credit card, and told the customer service rep. when I called to cancel the card.
