JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
Prior to signing up for the Marriott Chase Premium credit card, I spoke with a customer service representative to discuss the terms and conditions of the credit card. I was told on the call that the $85.00 annual fee would be waived the first year. Upon reviewing my statement, I was charged $85.00 for the annual fee on -/-/2016. This is approximately 1 month after receiving the card. I call customer service again and spoke with a supervisor who told me that i was given the incorrect information and that the annual fee is required and not waived. I told them that i was misled and they said there is nothing that they can do about it.
