JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
Customer service / Customer relations Massachusetts
I had ordered tickets to a hockey event for - -, -. I had called the credit card company to let them know that the tickets arrived later than I expected for a - - birthday gift and that the tickets that were not the ones I had ordered. The section and row was changed on me without my permission or knowing of it till after the purchase. I had called Southwest Visa and their representative said that since the tickets were changed on me that I could return them to the seller for a refund. I returned that tickets, certified mail, just as the credit card company representative told me to do so. As I 'm awaiting a refund, the event had past. Later the company had told me that the charge was valid and that there would be no refund. Well, because of the misinformation of the representative from visa, - - - @ - and - - - -/-/- @ - ) I had no tickets tickets to the event and was still charged the amount of $1000.00. -. Visa keeps ignoring the letters I sent them about my issue with the charge. They are not seeing the fact that their representative directed me incorrectly with what to do and therefore I had no tickets to even go to the event if i chose to attend it and not give it as a birthday gift. Whatever help you could provide me with would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, - - - - - -
