Citibank Credit card department,
Annual Detail Reports not available from Citi Bank Costco Visa for 2015. Citi Bank Visa will not provide complete data from the - - transfer for 2015. I have placed requests for a - ( - ) report for 2015 on numerous occasions and have yet to get an answer. They said they would have a supervisor call me back within 3 days, it is day 6 and never received a call. I called back and was on the phone for 50 minutes and was advised that once again, I would get a call from a supervisor in 3 days. No call as of yet. They are withholding vital information form their customers. I called - - and they advised me Citi Bank has all the information I need.
