Closing/Cancelling account Virginia
My Barclays - account was closed. I was notified via a letter dated -/-/2016. The letter referenced the reason was " history of account usage. '' I did not, to the best of my knowledge, violate any published terms and conditions, and my account was always paid in full. While I understand Barclays may close accounts if it sees fit, I lost earned award points. In contacts with Barclays they have been unwilling to credit my account with the rewards.
