Chase Bank Credit offered me a 0 % promotional rate on a balance transfer. They then proceeded to charge me an annual fee in between my billing cycle so that the charge was treated as a " regular purchase ''. I paid the annual fee but could not have the interest charge removed. this charge will linger on my account for 2 months until it is paid and there is nothing I can do as the company will not reverse the interest charge.
