Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Illinois

I was charged $200.00 in overdraft fees illegally. I have attached copies of the banks check cashing policy where the first $250.00 of each check is available the same business day as long as it is deposited before -. I deposited this in the time outlined in the policy and am being charged for - completed transactions based on this incorrect use of overdraft fees.
