Yesterday, - - i received my direct deposit at - - and tried to access the funds at - - and could not. When i called the customer service phone number i was on hold for over an hour. The agent told me that there was a problem with the direct deposit file and that all funds were reversed and would be re-deposited in about 1-2 hours. Today, - - as of - -, i still do not have my direct deposit funds and today is the actually payday. I called customer service again and they say they are working on the issue and i would receive a text once the funds become available.
