I had overdrafts on my account and did n't fully understand how I had gotten them I went to the bank where I bank all the time and the teller could n't fully understand what happened so she said the manager is on a conference call and will call you when she is finished, well 2 or 3 hours went by and she never called when I called back I asked is the manager still busy the person said this is me how can I help you so I 'm explaining to her I did n't understand my overdrafts and she said well you had one for a loan come through for x amount of dollars and I said that 's not a loan it 's my car payment and she said well that 's a loan I said I 'm paying a car payment not a loan payment..anyway what she said was - fees were for - transaction I was charged for it pending and for it clearing I said well that does n't sound right she said well you need anything else very rude..i said not from you and hung up ... .anyway I found out that was not true after speaking with customer service but the manager was very very very rude.
