Charge is for card services not purchases. No purchases had been made. - Called to inquire about charges and how account was opened- card was activated during that call not intentionally. Called customer service- explained situation. Advised to go through dispute department. Request account closed asked to remove charges and sent letter. - Received letter saying account is closed but I am still obligated to pay balance of -. Now late fees and interest are being assessed - current balance is $130.00
