Encore Capital Group Credit card department,
I had an - card with -. The account was placed with Midland Credit Management, - - -, - -, - - CA - for collection. In - 2016 I agreed to a settlement of - monthly payments commencing - -, and ending - -, 2016. After the final payment was made I have continually asked for a payment in full letter, which I can not receive. The account is still listed on my credit report as having an outstanding balance and has affected my credit for purchasing a home. I just want them to acknowledge payment in full and send me the satisfaction letter, and report to the appropriate credit bureaus.
