On this date of - -, - I received an alert from my credit monitoring stating that a collection account was added to my credit report. Upon reviewing my credit report, STELLAR RECOVERY INC. added this fraudulent account on my credit report again without sending me ANY notification. This account has NOT been validated after numerous written request. I file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau - -, - complaint # - in this complaint STELLAR RECOVERY INC stated that they will delete this account ; - - # -, which they did comply. Since then- STELLAR RECOVERY INC HAS NOT CONTACTED ME VIA ANY METHOD nor have they sent me a signed contract as requested. They have not validated this alleged debt and for this company to reinsert is alleged debt back on to my credit report is a direct violation of the Fair Credit Reporting act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 1 : USC 1692g Sec 809 ( b ) and Maryland Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, -.
