I backed a project on - -/-/15 with a proposed delivery date of -. To date I have yet to receive anything despite requests for refund. I turned to Chase bank to dispute the charges on my credit card and was told that due to the time lapse I would not be able to receive my money back. Nothing is in place for crowdfunding which leaves consumers such as myself empty handed. I was not asked for supportive documents, proof of my attempts to contact the company whom I backed. Chase essentially looked at the date of the transaction and denied my dispute instead of looking out for the customer.
