1. The National Bank of Arizona in -, Arizona, froze my joint checking account for no logical or legal reason and held funds hostage that I needed to operate my sister 's estate following her death. They did not provide me online access to statements even though I am ALSO the probate-court-appointed personal representative for the estate. The result was my inability to pay the mortgage and other utilities and expenses ; late fees and attorney fees have been incurred. 2. The National Bank of Arizona is demanding full payment for a home equity line of credit ( HELOC ) due to their own error in freezing the account the payments come from. 3. The National Bank of Arizona is imposing a $500.00 prepayment penalty when the HELOC is eventually paid, upon the sale of the property it is secured by, which is excessive and can be waived.
