Citibank Credit card department,
AT & T Universal Card / Citi received my payment electronically on -/-/16. They credited my payment one day after the due date of -/-/16 and charged a late charge of $26.00 on -/-/16. I brought this discrepancy to their attention and they refused to remove the late charge.
