I tried to make an online purchase with my Chase debit card. It was declined 3 times even though I had the funds available. I then made the purchase with a - -, but the next morning the Chase charge went through. I called Chase to cancel the transaction with them, and they have the gal to tell me I need to prove to them I made the purchase on another one of MY accounts in order for them to return MY MONEY to ME. Customer service representative was very rude and yelled at me during my call.
