On my Chase statement closing -/-/2016, I was charged $7.00 in interest. I emailed Chase inquiring about this charge and how the math did n't add up. They relayed their formula to me, which make sense, but not the " Balance subject to Interest ''. Upon inquiring further as to how they calculated it, they provided me with a formula, but not with how they actually calculated it for me. I 'm filing a complaint with CFPB due to Chase overcharging me for interest without justification once I pointed the error out.
