I made a purchased using my rushcard debit card on - yesterday -/-/2016 for the amount of $500.00 which was canceled the same day. - assured me and also provided proof that my transaction was canceled and I was not charged. I received a txt alert from Rush card that the amount has been withdrawn. When I called Rushcard customer service & also spoke to a supervisor they have my $ on hold and waiting on authorization from the bank. I have been given the run around and each agent says a different story. I have provided Rushcard with the email that was sent to me by - stating that the charged was cancelled. Rushcard is hold my money for up to 10 days even though they have proof.
