On - -, 2016, a Chase Mortgage Banker, - - deducted $500.00. from my account before the appraisal was done ( I never scheduled it ). On - -, 2016 I spoke with her and requested my application be withdrawn. She responded by saying ok and that the funds would be back in my account in a couple of days. - - made it 2 weeks so I visited the branch and was informed that the application was approved. That tactic was dirty and underhanded. It had n't been approved when we were sitting in front of her and made the request ; she put the paperwork through anyway disregarding the customers ' request.
