Citibank Credit card department,
Citi does not allow you to pay your pending charges before they post on your account, meaning they will always be able to charge interest at the end of the month regardless of a customer 's ability and willingness to pay off the balance. Also, the customer portal does not allow all cardmembers who share an account to see the transactions made by other cardmembers. Truly a terrible system, as there is no ability to watch for fraudulent transactions without logging into - accounts. We have had the card for a couple months, but we will be going back to - - tomorrow.
