I was provided a marketing brochure from Citibank stating that I can earn a $400.00 cash bonus with a new account and qualifying deposit. It says open to see the details. On the inside of the brochure, if states you can earn a $400.00 cash bonus if I open a consumer checking account by -/-/2016 and deposit $15000.00 or more within 30 days of opening the account and maintain a minimum balance of $15000.00 for another 30 days, I will collect the bonus of $400.00. I just went to the Citibank branch and they informed me that I have to leave my money in the account, not for 60 days, but for 90 days. That is not what the brochure stated. In my opinion, this is marketing deception and unlawful.
