JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
Chase credit card services charged me a $15.00 late fee before my bill was due. When going to pay my bill via phone on its due date, I was told my amount due was $110.00 instead of the $99.00 it should have been. Looking at my statement on my phone, I noticed a late fee charge. I asked the person on the phone what this was for and they said for paying my bill late. The lady on the other end got unpleasant when I questioned this tactic and how could they bill me for a late fee if it is being paid on the day it is due? Upon notifying them via online about this issue they credited it back to my account, however they did nothing to resolve the issue on why this happened.
