Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
I applied for a Wells Fargo Rewards credit card and was approved in - 2016. When I received the card, I noticed it was not enrolled in the - rewards promotion for which I specifically applied. I inquired via secure message on the Wells Fargo web site and via phone calls to both general customer service and the rewards department. The only coherent response I received was something about a 16-month limit but I read no such limitation when applying for the card.
