I 've been with NetSpend, a - entity since 2005. On -, I contacted the bank to let them know that someone actually may have stolen my card number as my card was used - when I clearly live -. Customer asked that I provide them with a confirmation email about the dispute in which I sent from my personal email address and within the banks, website. I received word of my submission and they asked that I give them 14 days. On the - day, I called after received notice that I did not provide documentation. They stated that they wanted me to send again, which I did while on hold along with their receipt however I asked to speak with a supervisor - and was on hold for almost 2 hours. When the supervisor did come on to the line, she stated that she would have to call investigate the investigation department and then would get back to as she did not show any documentations from - nor fron when I was on the phone today. I simply want my money back when its clear that I did n't do this. I have since destroyed the card and had to wait a week for a new card. Now, as of today, they are stating that the investigation will not be completed until - -. I do not think is is acceptable when I provided everything that they needed on the same day. If your bureau can be of any help or better yet, just get the word out that this is happening at this company, I would appreciate it. Sincerely, - -
