Bank of America Credit card department,
I signed up for the Bank of America - - card with a signup bonus or - points after $12000.00 spend. I chatted with a bank representative named - on - - who confirmed with me that I was $500.00 shy of spending $12000.00. I proceeded to complete the spend immediately. BofA claims I did n't hit the spend. - mislead me by giving me inaccurate information. I deserve this bonus as I did exactly what I was told by BofA representatives.
