Barclays PLC Credit card department,
I used to have - credit cards issued by Barclay bank, and have a perfect payment history with these cards. But recently the Barclay bank closed all the - cards without any notice. I called the bank but they did not providing me any specific reason other than saying a notice letter is on the way, and refused to re-instate these accounts. I just paid the annual fee $89.00 for the arrival plus card in -/-/-, and have - awards miles ( which worths $550.00 ) in the arrival plus card, and - awarded points ( which worths $13.00 ) in the extra points card, both are accumulated from my previous purchases. Now I could not redeem these awarded miles and points online as the accounts were closed, and Barclay bank refused to give me back these rewards. It 's unfair to me because I always obey the credit card rules and earned these rewards according to all terms and conditions, but the bank seems to take away them and take advantage in finance by ending up the customers ' account abruptly. I would like to seek your help to get back my rewards ( $ -+ $13.00 ) and annual fee ( $89.00 - from Barclay bank, which is totaly $650.00.
