JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,

Chase Bank : from -/-/- to -/-/- are misreporting that they wrote off the amount of the credit card. When it was actually sold to - -. I dealt with - Collections and they are no longer on my credit report. However, Chase Bank refuses to change status to sold.
