JPMorgan Chase & Co. Bank Account Or Service Complaint

Checking account Deposits and withdrawals

JPMorgan Chase & Co. Bank account or service department,

Checking account Deposits and withdrawals Ohio

I have had various checking accounts and a Mortgage through Chase Bank. Going back many years but also just in the last few days I have been a victim of them generating as many Insufficient Funds fees as possible by processing checks and other transactions not in the order they present to the bank but always, always starting with the largest - first and then in order of descending amounts to charge the greatest number of $34.00 fees. I have also had both a check and a direct deposit occur on the same night several times including once within the past 30 days and on these occasions they list the check as presenting before midnight and the deposit afterwards and again hit me with a $34.00 fee. I am a - and live off an income of only $730.00 per month plus some food stamps. In the past 31 days they have taken $130.00 from me using this method of maximizing fines. On a good month, I can barely survive if, and only if, there are n't any extra or unexpected bills. My - - - car needs many repairs. And chase Bank is robbing me -!!! I do n't

them in 31 days and starting this month with negative - $98.00 in the bank. Is it legal for them to process both a deposit and a check in the same night but to do the check first and charge $34.00 when the money was there to cover it? Is it legal for them to gouge poor customers by always processing checks in descending order to maximize fines? Is there anything you can do to help me get some of it back? Just FYI, we also used to have a mortgage through them but when we got behind and tried to catch up they did everything possible to foreclose and evict us. The legal fees we incurred ( while I was still married ) was enough to enough to buy a car. Chase is a truly malevolent and greedy institution.
