JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I have - separate credit cards that were with Chase Bank, both were charged off in -/-/-. I received the IRS bill for taxes on the forgiven amount which I paid which shows that it changed the status of my -/-/- and -/-/- tax returns ... However, Chase is still reporting to the credit bureaus that I owe the debt. I have been in the process of trying to get a home loan for the past 5 months, this issue has held up the home loan for that time, 5 months now. Myself along with my bank and a credit reporting agency they work with ( core logic ) have all been in communication with Chase Bank, but nothing gets resolved, just a run around, ... Again, the issue is that Chase should be required to report the truth, that these - accounts were charged off in -/-/-, instead of showing the debt is still owed, our continued efforts, myself, my bank, and credit agency have not produced any results from Chase, ... Therefor I am submitting my complaint.
