I disputed the following charge online, since the merchant and the transaction are completely unknown :. Despite I filed a dispute online, the charge was reapplied to my account -. I tried to redispute in writing ( online chat ) which they refused. Since our dispute department still not received any further documents to process the dispute the disputed transaction was rebilled.
