Submitted a claim for disputed transaction charge from my debit card with Chase Bank due to an illegal charge from company - for $480.00 on - -, 2016. This ticket company - has violated their charge policy regarding selling of ticket. The ticket price was $800.00, and since - did not accept a " Credit-Card entry '' ticket for - concert, this company charged my debit card $480.00, even though their policy clearly states that they can only charge - % off the ticket price ( - % off $800.00 should be $160.00, instead of $480.00 ). - refused my dispute, and only provided refund of $120.00 instead. Thus, I had to dispute the transaction directly with Chase Bank, but the claim was recently rejected on - -, 2016 and the temporary credit is now removed. I actually work for Legal Department at Chase Bank and reviews all the legal CFPB complaints on daily basis, the charge by - was clearly illegal and violated their policy ( stated on their website ). Please provide your assistance in order to refute the rejected claim, so we can come to a resolution and return the charge back to my debit card account. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
