Bank of America Credit card department,

Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Minnesota

I have been receiving harassing, threatening and death threats telephone calls from Bank of America representatives in regards to credit card account and debt of $780.00 that I do not owe. The account or debt do not belong to me. I am a victim of identity theft.
